A few small inconveniences popped up, like a lamp shorting out and the laundry closet could really use some proper lighting. I ended up using my phone's flashlight to see what I was doing. Also, make sure to clarify the delivery address with the front desk to avoid confusion. it's for the whole plaza, not just the hotel.

We had an amazing stay in a spacious Two-Bedroom Apartment, perfectly situated close to Ghirardelli Square. The apartment came equipped with a washer and dryer, which was very convenient for our family, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made our stay special, always responsive to our needs. Although it would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room, overall, we had a fantastic experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the spacious city view suite. Excellent amenities and helpful concierge. Minor issues with the blinds didn't overshadow the fantastic location near Fisherman’s Wharf. I loved unwinding on the shared outdoor patio!
